It is important to me to share my passion for the whole food plant-based lifestyle and diet. This really isn’t a diet – I don’t count calories or measure everything I eat. I do make sure that I eat more food that is nutrient dense. That is, it contains more nutrients than calories. For instance, nuts and seeds are more calorie dense than vegetables, whole grains, beans, lentils and fruits. Doesn’t mean I don’t eat any of those just not a lot of them.
My goal is to give you options with scientific fact-based evidence that will help you make the transition from eating mostly the SAD (Standard American Diet) to eating less and eventually no animal products.
Improving your health by taking control of what goes into your mouth is a great start. Soon you will have more energy, taking fewer or no medications, improved body mass index, overall health and appearance.
I teach this information by sharing my incredible health success story, instructing whole food plant-based (WFPB) classes, Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking classes, Demo & Dinner with Barbara & Duane, and some of my favorite recipes. I also instruct Tai Chi Dragon Qigong classes.
